Without a doubt, Pregnancy exercise has come a long way in the last few years. Finally, this area of fitness education has caught up with the exciting and innovative changes within the fitness industry in general.

I will give you functional and safe training guaranteed to keep you strong throughout the Trimesters and prepared for your final big task – LABOUR!

This unique course gives information, education and functional, effective exercise. It will provide solutions for the areas of health, well-being and birth preparation that concern the modern mother most.

Functional training protocols, small equipment, multi-planar exercise, modern core-conditioning and movement-based pelvic floor exercise all tailored to suit the pregnant client through every stage of her pregnancy.

Exercise works wonders during pregnancy. It boosts mood, improves sleep and reduces pregnancy aches and pains. It helps prevent and treat gestational diabetes and may keep preeclampsia at bay. It prepares you for childbirth by strengthening muscles and building endurance and makes it much easier to get back in shape after your baby is born. Exercise is so beneficial that it is recommended that pregnant women exercise at least 30 mins a day most days of the week! 

Pregnancy Exercise will give you a 45 minute session, starting with releases, then exercise (safe and appropriate for you), then relaxation. Everything is done in moderation nothing in excess!

NB: You will be required to fill out a pre-screening form to ensure you are safe to exercise in advance of the start of the class.
